Through the Department for Social Development's (DSD) Modernisation Fund £1.4million was secured. This funding is mainly for the purchase of our buildings at 10-14 Bishop Street.

Just over £1.8million has been secured through the International Fund for Ireland (IFI) through their Legacy Fund. This funding will be used to carry out the physical redevelopment of the new WCCP building.
Holywell Trust was successful in December 2010 in securing funding through the Building Change Trust, Deliver Change Programme.

This funding will allow the Walled City Community Partnership, through the lead partner Holywell Trust, to record the partnership building process as it develops. The process will then be shared with other community organisations as a potential model for future collaboration.

In addition, the funding will also be used to help further develop and deepen the partnership between the member organisations. This is an important milestone in the life of the partnership that will help the WCCP to realise its potential.
