Walled City Community Partnership One-Day Workshop

Date: Tuesday 11 January 2011
Venue: The Everglades
Time: Commencing With Registration @ 9.30am Finishing 4.30pm

The workshop if for everyone who belongs to any of:

• Our eleven organisations, and wants to contribute to the discussions.
• The nominated representatives of each of these organisations who form the Board of the New Holywell Trust. There will be a formal Board meeting at the end of the proceedings.
• People from other organisations, which will also be sharing space in the building e.g. F.W.I.N., Teenage Kickz, Dogears Ltd, Still Design...
  

Aims of the day:

• To reach agreement on the allocation of space within the new building as set out in the draft plans.
• To reach agreement on a name for the building.
• To explore additional ideas for inclusion as part of the new building, e.g. art installations, stained glass windows, etc.
• To compile an inventory of what each organisation is bringing to the building: equipment/resources (each organisation should prepare this in advance).
• To outline all technological and engineering needs for inclusion in final building.
• To express fears and hopes about the project.
• To receive up-to-date information on latest development regarding Garden of Reflection, VAT issues, dates for decanting, possible office space for next two years.
